utilizzata per la fonduta valdostana denominata caquelon) col timo e
l&apos;alloro. &#xc8; consigliabile inserire nell&apos;olio caldo una mezza patata
evitando cos&#xec; gli schizzi di olio caldo. Quando l&apos;olio &#xe8; caldo (senza
fumi), togliere gli aromi e portare la pentola in tavola.

&lt;p&gt;IL TUMORE AL SENO E L’IMPORTANZA DELLA DIAGNOSI PRECOCE&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In
tutto il mondo occidentale, il tumore al seno &#xe8; il primo tumore
femminile per numero di casi e la sua incidenza &#xe8; in costante aumento,
tanto da essere considerato alla stregua di una vera e propria malattia
sociale. In Italia, i nuovi casi di cancro al seno sono circa 40mila
l’anno (39.735 nel 2007). Sono per&#xf2; diminuiti i decessi (9.045 nel
2007). Uno studio italiano, promosso dal Ministero della Salute e dalla
LILT e recentemente pubblicato sul &apos;British Journal of Cancer&apos;,
dimostra che battere il tumore del seno &#xe8; possibile: la mortalit&#xe0;,
infatti si dimezza nelle donne che annualmente effettuano la
mammografia.&lt;/p&gt;
